After-Hours Vehicle Drop-Off & Pick-Up at DG’s Pro Tech
At DG’s Pro Tech, we know life doesn’t always fit into regular business hours. That’s why we offer a secure and convenient after-hours vehicle drop-off and key pick-up system designed to make servicing your vehicle as easy as possible.
The system is built into one convenient unit with:
- A secure vehicle drop-off slot on the bottom half
- Four secure after-hours pick-up lockboxes on the top half
After-Hours Vehicle Drop-Off
If you are leaving your vehicle with us after hours, the drop-off section is located on the bottom half of the unit.
How It Works
- Park your vehicle safely in our lot.
- Fill out one of the provided key envelopes with:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Vehicle information
- Place your keys inside the envelope.
- Insert the envelope into the secure drop slot.
This system is specifically for customers dropping off their vehicle for service.
The envelopes help our team clearly identify your vehicle and understand what work or concerns you would like us to address.
After-Hours Vehicle Pick-Up
Once your vehicle service is complete, we can also arrange after-hours pick-up through the secure lockbox system located on the top half of the unit.
The lockboxes function similarly to post office boxes, allowing customers to retrieve their keys securely and conveniently outside regular business hours.
What Makes It Secure?
For every after-hours pick-up, customers receive:
- A unique one-time combination code
- Access to a specific locked compartment
- Secure storage for their keys until pickup
This provides a much higher level of security and convenience compared to traditional lockboxes.
How After-Hours Pick-Up Works
- Your vehicle service is completed.
- Our team will contact you with payment and pickup instructions.
- You receive a custom combination code.
- Enter the code on the assigned locker compartment.
- Retrieve your keys securely and conveniently.
Each code is customized for that individual’s pickup to help ensure the safest possible experience for our customers.
