DG’s Pro Tech Expands in Listowel, Ontario

DG's Pro Tech installed a Rough Country suspension lift kit, and alignment on my 2023 Jeep Wrangler.

We had previously scheduled the installation at a previous date, but my schedule changed and DG's Pro Tech was fantastic in communicating and rescheduling for me at a later date.

The work was done correctly, cleanly, and in a timely manner, actually, faster than estimated!

The loaner vehicle I was provided for the day was clean and reliable. And the administration process for this was smooth and easy.

The administration staff were courteous and knowledgeable.

Admittedly, routine maintenance is typically something I look after myself, but for any specialty or more involved jobs, DG's Pro Tech will be one of my very first points of contract!

I had the pleasure to work with Jackson Tull, Service Advisor, in investigating what it would take to certify my truck for sale. The entire experience was very professional. The mechanic was thorough in his work and Jackson presented the findings in a detailed and understandable manner. I was given options that may suit my needs to sell the truck. I have worked with this company before and have always been appreciative of the details provided, both verbally and written (with pictures). I strongly recommend this Auto Repair business to any person who prefers the clear and understandable quotes for any vehicle repairs.

Amazing experience at DG's Pro Tech. Got my car in within 2 days. Great deal for an oil change & Able to drop my car off in the morning, get a drive to work and have to car brought to my work! (They will pick you up if you need it too) Car loaners are also available! I found my new favourite spot to get my car done. Staff members are so nice too!

The crew at DGs has done nothing but good work for me so far! Great craftsmanship and communication which I take very seriously when it comes to who I choose to work with. Highly recommend!

Great shop to deal with ! Amazingly easy communication and they do great work ! They installed a 3 inch lift and did lots of mechanical work on my truck including an oil bypass filter , Fass fuel system and cold air intake etc , commercial safety and an oil change ! runs better now than ever before !

Big thanks to professional service from the hole dgs team. Would highly recommend this shop. From the tech doing an unreal job to the owner Dustin giving my a personal call to provide me the best possible options and expertise to fix mey truck. The customer service provided by jess was one the best experiences I’ve had, always updating on the progress on my truck being fixed and answering any questions I had. The effort put towards finding parts and making sure my truck is in better than working condition can’t be matched. I Couldn’t be happier as customer

One of the best shops experience I have ever had. Their attention to customer service is the best. Between Jay, Jess and Dustin they rebuilt my dodge to a bulletproof standard. Highly recommend checking them out

I have been a customer of D&G's since Dustin was at his first small shop, so it been awhile. Now he has grown with a great staff that provide exceptional service. They have serviced my 2012 Ram 2500, 6.7cummins with zero complainants over the years. Their prices are competitive and hats off to Jess at the front desk who sourced the best parts for the best prices on my last visit...and also putting up with me:)!! Cheers!
see you for my next oil dump!!

I had an excellent experience with DG'S team from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful, thorough, and made sure I understood every detail of the work being done. The level of care they provided was truly *white-glove service* something that’s rare to find these days.

A special shoutout to Jessie, who clearly knows her job inside and out. Her professionalism, communication, and customer-first approach stood out immediately. As the Director of Customer Communications for a national company, I recognize exceptional service when I see it, and Jessie absolutely delivered.

Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and top-tier service.

Big thanks to the entire group at DG’s Pro Tech. Can’t name just one person as the entire group was instrumental is assisting me with my 1967 Chevelle rebuild. They all had Great communication and demonstrated patience as well professionalism during my many visits. This group was just as excited as I was bringing the old car back to life. Fantastic job on the engine and transmission overhaul that exceeded my expectations. Finished up with the safety inspection after some final repairs. Meeting this group has been a terrific experience as it is rare to find people that have a passion in what they do .
Thanks again for making a father and son dream a reality

I love booking with DG’s! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, their response time is quick, and you can reach out via phone, email, or text. The costs are explained in detail prior to booking, and if anything changes they reach out before proceeding.

I stumbled upon DG’s completely by accident after breaking the rear windshield wiper arm on my Jeep and trying to find somewhere to fix it that wouldn’t cost hundreds of dollars.
Jess at DG’s went above and beyond checking suppliers, and wreckers, and even Amazon to locate a part that would work without costing an arm and a leg.
I’ve been going there ever since.
I drive from Kitchener to Listowel because these guys are worth it.
They do good work, aren’t overpriced, don’t recommend repairs you don’t need, and I get to hang out and play with Oscar while I get my service done.
Only thing more I could ask for would be more comfortable chairs. Haha.

I am very happy with the service I received. Jess is very nice and answers all your questions or concerns. The team there are very thorough in the work they do and take the time to explain anything you need. This is a friendly atmosphere of great mechanics and all around service. Prices are very resonable.

Brought my truck here after it spent months at another mechanic and didn’t get fixed. Every part of this experience was fantastic. Lots of communication, the work was perfect, and the knowledge the staff holds is very noticeable when it comes to what parts to use

Great customer service, and a well knowledgeable team over at DG pro, I got a lift kit put in there and had issues with incorrect parts with the lift (I ordered wrong) and they made sure and did everything they could to make sure it was done correctly and nothing was wrong with ordering the correct parts needed, would recommend to anyone for all there repairs and cosmetic needs, thanks again DG PRO!

had Dustin work on my engine 2006 f350 diesel 2 years ago and it never worked this good. excellent work done. last week i needed some more tlc and even though it cost me a small fortune (they were reasonable , fair and honest) they found many items requiring attention and repair. very pleased with the work done : new manifolds, multiple front end repairs, rear brakes with calipers and the oil change and vehicle inspection

Thank you Pro Tech team.

I had a very positive experience.

Tyson and Jess were excellent communicators and honest and forthright.

The wisdom, experience and knowledge of Dustin, Tyson and the mechanics is exceptional.

The team has a unique and inspiring corporate culture where pride in workmanship and service excellence is a top priority.

The quality of workmanship is exceptional.

Thank you again
Robert

Came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and I will definitely be back! Tyson made sure I was helped quickly and suggested future maintenance issues to help me down the road. Excellent customer service all around

Super helpful staff, both Kendra and Jess. I also had an incredibly informative discussion with Dustin regarding my truck. This is the type of professional team I like to deal with!
Thank you!

Got new tires and an Iron Man kit installed on a 2021 Subaru Forester.

Kendra was great. She went back and forth with her tech, suppliers, and me multiple times while we were deciding on what brand, width, and profile of tires to go with, ...and went on over way to watch some videos on the types of modifications I'm planning to do for the car in the future, and the technician who helped me did a great job installing the lift.

I'll definitely be coming back.

new client to DG's and I have to say I am quite happy I found them. Service Advisor Jess goes above and beyond. I really can't say enough good things about the level of service she provided me. Unbelievable. She was in constant communication with me through out my project and did anything and everything anyone could hope for. DG's started off on a really good note and made me feel like they would treat my truck like their own. I decided to do a large project with them(lift) and they did not let me down. Amazing job. Jess, Tyson, Dustin and the boys in the back. Thank you! trust is a big thing in this business and you all have earned mine. We have more to do :)

Originally brought my 2016 Ram 2500 in for an oil leak and various other upgrades.

Big thank you to Jess, Dusty and the mechanics at DG’s.

Jess and the team worked with me closely, accommodating my budget and giving recommendations on how to proceed further. They always maintained good communication, keeping me informed on the progress and any other hiccups along the way. Dusty is incredibly knowledgeable & smart - who helps make sense of the repairs & upgrades.

It might cost more, but it’s worth it for customer service, the vehicle report & piece of mind that you and your vehicle are being looked after by the best in the area!

Don’t think twice about it, bring your truck to DG’s!

It was my first time using DG Pro Tech's services for a vehicle inspection and I have to say it was one of the most thorough explained visits I have ever received! Greeted by the cutest little doggy tech, they were very accommodating to my needs and Kendra was on top of all the updates! She was super helpful and I think deserves a pizza party in her honor! I will for sure be recommending DG Pro Tech to anyone who needs car maintenance! I left feeling confident and satisfied in their services provided :)

Wish I would have come to DG's sooner, everyone is exceptionally knowledgeable, honest, and professional! Great Team to deal with! I brought them my old Dodge Cummins and felt 100% certian the work would be completed the right way the first time. Thanks again!!

I’ve got a 2012 6.7 that’s been bouncing around to all the shops in my area and after about a year of not having any luck with the work done I finally discovered DGs. Wish I found them a lot sooner. Within no time they had the motor swapped and truck ready for work. They have the best form of communication I’ve ever received from a shop. Loved everything from the quote to the final bill. Had everything done within a reasonable time with no excuses for anything. So, if you’re torn apart about where to take your truck I’d highly suggest going to them. I will definitely be using them for all my trucks needs from here on out.

Thanks for getting my eco diesel up and running after the dealer made a mess of the valve cover injector egr bracket and other stuff while trying to unstuck a leaky injector. Saved me A bunch of money from the dealer quote which I didn't feel they could actually deliver on given the mess they already made.DGS provided a detailed quote and kept me updated throughout and only did what was needed.

Brought my ram 2500 in to get some work done. From start to finish Tyson and his team exceeded my expectations, the quote was fair and the work was a performed quickly. I’m very happy with how my truck turned out. Thank you to Tyson and his team I will recommend all friends and family in the future to bring their vehicle here if they require top notch service.
