I had the pleasure to work with Jackson Tull, Service Advisor, in investigating what it would take to certify my truck for sale. The entire experience was very professional. The mechanic was thorough in his work and Jackson presented the findings in a detailed and understandable manner. I was given options that may suit my needs to sell the truck. I have worked with this company before and have always been appreciative of the details provided, both verbally and written (with pictures). I strongly recommend this Auto Repair business to any person who prefers the clear and understandable quotes for any vehicle repairs.

Amazing experience at DG's Pro Tech. Got my car in within 2 days. Great deal for an oil change & Able to drop my car off in the morning, get a drive to work and have to car brought to my work! (They will pick you up if you need it too) Car loaners are also available! I found my new favourite spot to get my car done. Staff members are so nice too!

Great shop to deal with ! Amazingly easy communication and they do great work ! They installed a 3 inch lift and did lots of mechanical work on my truck including an oil bypass filter , Fass fuel system and cold air intake etc , commercial safety and an oil change ! runs better now than ever before !

They all had Great communication and demonstrated patience as well professionalism during my many visits. This group was just as excited as I was bringing the old car back to life. Fantastic job on the engine and transmission overhaul that exceeded my expectations. Finished up with the safety inspection after some final repairs. Meeting this group has been a terrific experience as it is rare to find people that have a passion in what they do .

I love booking with DG’s! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, their response time is quick, and you can reach out via phone, email, or text. The costs are explained in detail prior to booking, and if anything changes they reach out before proceeding.

I stumbled upon DG’s completely by accident after breaking the rear windshield wiper arm on my Jeep and trying to find somewhere to fix it that wouldn’t cost hundreds of dollars.
Jess at DG’s went above and beyond checking suppliers, and wreckers, and even Amazon to locate a part that would work without costing an arm and a leg.
I’ve been going there ever since.
I drive from Kitchener to Listowel because these guys are worth it.
They do good work, aren’t overpriced, don’t recommend repairs you don’t need, and I get to hang out and play with Oscar while I get my service done.
Only thing more I could ask for would be more comfortable chairs. Haha.

I am very happy with the service I received. Jess is very nice and answers all your questions or concerns. The team there are very thorough in the work they do and take the time to explain anything you need. This is a friendly atmosphere of great mechanics and all around service. Prices are very resonable.

Great customer service, and a well knowledgeable team over at DG pro, I got a lift kit put in there and had issues with incorrect parts with the lift (I ordered wrong) and they made sure and did everything they could to make sure it was done correctly and nothing was wrong with ordering the correct parts needed, would recommend to anyone for all there repairs and cosmetic needs, thanks again DG PRO!

had Dustin work on my engine 2006 f350 diesel 2 years ago and it never worked this good. excellent work done. last week i needed some more tlc and even though it cost me a small fortune (they were reasonable , fair and honest) they found many items requiring attention and repair. very pleased with the work done : new manifolds, multiple front end repairs, rear brakes with calipers and the oil change and vehicle inspection

Got new tires and an Iron Man kit installed on a 2021 Subaru Forester.

Kendra was great. She went back and forth with her tech, suppliers, and me multiple times while we were deciding on what brand, width, and profile of tires to go with, ...and went on over way to watch some videos on the types of modifications I'm planning to do for the car in the future, and the technician who helped me did a great job installing the lift.

I'll definitely be coming back.

It was my first time using DG Pro Tech's services for a vehicle inspection and I have to say it was one of the most thorough explained visits I have ever received! Greeted by the cutest little doggy tech, they were very accommodating to my needs and Kendra was on top of all the updates! She was super helpful and I think deserves a pizza party in her honor! I will for sure be recommending DG Pro Tech to anyone who needs car maintenance! I left feeling confident and satisfied in their services provided :)

I’ve got a 2012 6.7 that’s been bouncing around to all the shops in my area and after about a year of not having any luck with the work done I finally discovered DGs. Wish I found them a lot sooner. Within no time they had the motor swapped and truck ready for work. They have the best form of communication I’ve ever received from a shop. Loved everything from the quote to the final bill. Had everything done within a reasonable time with no excuses for anything. So, if you’re torn apart about where to take your truck I’d highly suggest going to them. I will definitely be using them for all my trucks needs from here on out.

Thanks for getting my eco diesel up and running after the dealer made a mess of the valve cover injector egr bracket and other stuff while trying to unstuck a leaky injector. Saved me A bunch of money from the dealer quote which I didn't feel they could actually deliver on given the mess they already made.DGS provided a detailed quote and kept me updated throughout and only did what was needed.

Brought my ram 2500 in to get some work done. From start to finish Tyson and his team exceeded my expectations, the quote was fair and the work was a performed quickly.
